Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seated mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by Seated in Lahore, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Seated.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seated, and you must be able to form a binding contract. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hello@seated.pk if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Seated lets you request and confirm reservations at participating restaurants. A confirmed reservation is a booking with the restaurant, not with Seated. Restaurants are independent businesses responsible for honouring bookings, their menus, pricing, and the dining experience.

Availability shown in the app reflects information provided by restaurants and may change. We are not liable if a restaurant is unable to honour a confirmed reservation.

You can cancel a reservation through the app. Please cancel as early as possible so the table can be offered to other diners. Repeated no-shows may result in limits on your ability to book. Some restaurants may operate their own cancellation or deposit policies, which will be shown at the time of booking.

When using Seated, you agree not to:

• Make fraudulent, duplicate, or speculative reservations, including bookings you do not intend to honour.
• Use the Service to harass restaurants, staff, or other users.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Misuse the platform in any way that violates applicable law.

The Seated name, logo, app, and content are owned by Seated and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission. Restaurant names, logos, and imagery belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reservations will always be available or honoured.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seated is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues with a reservation or your experience at a restaurant. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Seated after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
