Website Terms

These terms govern your use of this website, seated.pk, which is operated by Seated Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Seated", "we", "us"), Lahore, Pakistan. That means the pages you are reading, the interactive demo, and the form you use to request a demo.

They do not govern the Seated software itself. If your restaurant uses Seated RMS, Seated GSS, Seated Analytics or the waitlist, that is covered by the separate written agreement between your restaurant and Seated, which sets out pricing, support, availability, data ownership and everything else that matters commercially. Where that agreement and this page differ, that agreement wins. If you would like a copy of it before you commit to anything, ask us and we will send it.

You may read this site, share links to it, and use the demo. In return, please do not try to break it: no attempting to gain access to systems or data you have not been given, no automated scraping that degrades the service for others, and no using the interactive demo to send messages to people who have not asked for them.

We may change or withdraw any part of this site at any time, including the demo.

The interactive demo is a demonstration. The restaurant, the guests and the bookings in it are invented; nothing you do in it affects a real restaurant.

It sends real WhatsApp messages to the number you enter. Only enter a number you control. By entering a number you are asking us to message it. Reply STOP to the first message and we will not message it again.

Asking for a demo is not an order and does not commit either of us to anything. We will contact you about it, and we may decline a request. Any pricing we discuss becomes binding only in a written agreement signed by both parties.

The text, design, code, product names and logos on this site belong to Seated. You may quote or link to our Journal articles with attribution; please do not republish them wholesale.

Product screenshots and previews on this site are illustrative, and are labelled where they are. Journal articles are written in good faith but are general commentary about running restaurants, not professional advice for your business. Figures in them are sourced where a source exists and labelled as models where one does not.

Other companies named on this site, including in the product comparison, are named for identification only. Facts stated about them come from their own published material as at the date given, and may have changed since.

We try to keep this site up, but we do not promise it will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance. Any uptime commitment for the Seated products lives in your restaurant's agreement with us, not here.

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on general information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
