Seated ("we", "us", "our") operates the Seated mobile app and website, a restaurant reservation platform serving Lahore, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Seated, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy.

We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you sign up or sign in with email, Google, or Apple.
• Reservation details — the restaurants you book, dates, times, party sizes, occasions, and any special requests or notes you add.
• Device and usage data — app version, device type, operating system, and how you interact with the app, collected to diagnose issues and improve features.
• Communications — messages you send us, such as support requests sent to hello@seated.pk.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
• To process and confirm your reservations and send you reminders.
• To share necessary booking details with the restaurant you are reserving with.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate service updates.
• To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance and safety of the platform.

When you make a reservation, we share the details the restaurant needs to honour your booking — your name, party size, time, and any notes you provide. Restaurants are independent businesses and use this information to manage your visit.

We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as our hosting, database, authentication, and messaging vendors) to operate the service. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Reservation history is retained to support your account and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

• Access and update — view and edit your profile information from within the app.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and personal data by emailing hello@seated.pk.
• Notifications — control push and reminder notifications from your device settings.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and review our practices regularly.

Seated is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Seated after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
