A multi-branch fine-dining group
An illustrative scenario: what guest feedback and a shared set of numbers change for a group that cannot see across its branches.
This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer engagement. It describes what these products do and why the timing matters — no restaurant’s results are being reported here.
The challenge
A group running several rooms usually learns about a bad night twice: once from the manager who was there, and once, weeks later, from a public review written by someone who never said anything at the table. Neither arrives in time to fix anything. And without a common measure, comparing one branch to another comes down to whose manager is the more persuasive storyteller.
What it does
Seated GSS puts a one-tap survey in front of the guest after the visit, while the meal is still fresh, and a low score raises an alert straight away. Seated Analytics sits alongside it, putting each branch’s covers and demand beside the others, so a score can be read against how busy the room actually was rather than in isolation.
What changes
The value is in the timing. A complaint that reaches a manager the same night can still be answered with a conversation and a dessert; the same complaint two weeks later is a public review every future diner reads first. Read next to the covers, the scores also stop a quiet branch and a struggling one looking alike on a chart.
